What is collected, and why
Contact form: name, email address, company or project name, message content, area of interest, timeframe, optional budget indication, and how you found the website. Used solely to review and respond to your inquiry. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and consent given via the form checkbox (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).
Server logs: the host (IONOS) automatically processes technical connection data for security and operation of the service. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). No data is used for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making.
Recipients
Inquiry data is received only by Rafael Riefler and the technical providers required to operate the website and email. Data is never sold or shared for marketing purposes.
Retention
Inquiries that do not lead to a project are deleted at the latest three (3) years after last contact. Where a business relationship follows, data is kept for its duration plus applicable legal retention periods.
