Context
Buying property on Mallorca means assembling the truth yourself.
The information exists, but it arrives in fragments and from sources that disagree: one figure from an agent, another from a municipality, a third from whoever built the extension without permission in 2009. Most platforms solve this by showing more listings. The actual problem is that nobody can see the shape of a single decision.
The platform holds location, area information, property context and cost in one record, and shows where each piece came from. Provenance is a feature, not a footnote.
Development
The work so far defines the structure of a property record and the logic behind the map, alongside interface studies and AI-assisted research workflows used to organise source material and keep every claim traceable back to where it came from.
The research tooling turned out to matter as much as the interface. A platform about trustworthy information cannot be built on a process that loses track of its own sources.
