Context
Property information on the island is spread across listings, registries, local knowledge and cost estimates that rarely sit in the same place. The project starts from that gap rather than from a finished product idea.
Development
Work so far covers information architecture, the structure of a property record, map and location logic, and interface studies. Research workflows, including AI-assisted research, are used to collect and organise source material. The platform is in development and not published.
