Schwangau Schuh GmbH

Company context

Schwangau Schuh GmbH develops premium and luxury leather footwear through a portfolio of brands created for distinct audiences. The company combines its own manufacturing with selected European production, placing handmade craftsmanship, leather, heritage and established construction methods at the centre.

Scope of work

  • E-commerce management and development
  • B2B channel development
  • Expansion into new digital and commercial channels
  • Marketing campaign planning and execution
  • Brand presentation across websites and sales channels
  • Digital merchandising
  • Coordination across multiple brands and customer groups
  • Commercial and customer-facing materials

Role

The role covered e-commerce and B2B development, expansion into new sales channels, marketing campaigns and brand presentation across digital and commercial touchpoints.

Brand and commercial environment

Several brands, each addressing a distinct audience, sold through own retail, e-commerce and B2B channels. Work moved between the product culture — leather, lasts, construction — and the commercial systems that carry it: assortments, campaigns, channel presentation and customer-facing material.

Craft / Channel

CRAFT

The company's product culture: leather, construction and finished footwear across a portfolio of brands. Product design and manufacturing sit with the company, not with this role.

CHANNEL

The commercial side of the same product: brand presentation, digital merchandising, e-commerce and B2B channels — the part of the work this role covered.
